Technical work and responsibilities
Coordinate LV distribution extension activities across multiple mini-grid locations including pole installation, conductor stringing and network completion works.
Supervise field activities including pole erection, pole dressing, stay installation, pole earthing and distribution network quality checks.
Monitor customer connection activities including house wiring, domestic earthing, dropline cable installation and smart meter installation.
Manage field documentation, material tracking, progress reporting and as-built data collection across all project locations.
Support pre-commissioning testing activities and readiness checks before site energisation.
