Site engineering support for the deployment of a solar hybrid mini-grid system in Saahi Nku, Niger State, covering PV generation installation, LV distribution development, customer connections, smart metering and commissioning activities.
Engineering Scope
Technical work and responsibilities
Support generation-site construction activities including site layout, fencing, PV structure installation, PV module installation and electrical equipment deployment.
Support installation of PVDB, LVSG, diesel generator integration, cabling, earthing systems and electrical balance-of-system components.
Participate in LV distribution network implementation including pole erection, conductor installation, customer connections and metering activities.
Support customer wiring verification, smart meter installation, testing activities and commissioning preparation.
Assist with technical documentation, quality checks and project completion activities.

Supported delivery of a 100 kWp solar hybrid mini-grid serving approximately 200 customers.
